International is a Humanitarian, Non-Government Organization, or Non Profitable Organization. The Sigmans 1975 Fraternity and Sorority International Inc., is a movement, an idea kindled by the founders- to nurture with the fire of brotherhood, spearheaded by zealous organizers from the members of the society clamoring for a change in vision and concept-to a widen its horizons- to forever forge an amalgam of the rare breed of fellows amidst an apocryphal panorama, common yet unique, simple but a stand out, proud but not meek, singular but not alone, selected yet not confined and daring yet grandiose and sure.
We are most aware of many organizations in our society that have come and gone, many organizations nowadays starting with a boom and ending in a whisper. The Sigmans shall have realized those portents and early signs of doom by a careful analysis of its steps and actions. As to that, there can be no debate.
SIGMANS
1.) SIGMANS is found in any old or Modern Greek books, it is a word peculiar to the SIGMA CHI EPSILON – SIGMANS 1975 which has genuinely evolved as a fraternalism. The Sigmans fraternity and Sorority international Inc., has sprung from its declaration of policies and objectives seeking to “establish a strong bond of brotherhood/Sisterhood and fraternal ties among the members as keystone to service”. It is an institutional declaration clearly articulated in its guiding principle which is SERVICE THROUGH STRONG BROTHERHOOD.
2.) SIGMANS is humanitarianism which shall be an ethical commitment or concern for human welfare or relations in general and shall be expressed in philanthropic activities or interest in social reforms.
3.) SIGMANS is civic national and international. In declaration of goals and objectives forged in 1975, the Sigma Chi Epsilon declares that it shall be “emblazed with intense mission of service to country, its people and its community”. The declaration has been reiterated in the Sigmans Constitution now part of the Sigmans Constitutions and Bylaws.
4.) SIGMANS is something more. In the declaration of policies and objectives of the fraternity, it says that the SIGMANS SHALL BE; 1. SINCERITY, 2. INTEGRITY 3. GOD LOVING / GOD FEARING 4. MANIFESTATION. 5. ABILITY. 6. NATIONALITY. 7. SERVICE, the meaning of the above stated words are found in Page No. 1, and belong to RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION OF SIGMANS.
5.) Finally, SIGMANS shall mean reliability of the SIGMA CHI EPSILON commitment to a brothers and sisters exemplified in what the Sigmans institutionally calls the Alalayang kapatiran sa panahon ng pangangailangan, the SIGMANS “shall have shared each other’s problems or moments of importance and shall have expanded and enhanced their sense and spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood “. It is perhaps synonyms to bayanihan but it “shall transcend the mere supportive sense of helping a brother and Sister Sigmans.
The SIGMA CHI EPSILON – SIGMANS 1975, an international Fraternity and Sorority, non- profit organization, unites fraternally in the Spirit of SELECTED CHOSEN EXECUTIVES with TRUTH, JUSTICE AND EQUALITY. To make human life more desirable by helping each other, whisper of a good counsel and by promoting Peace, harmony, prosperity and hope.
SIGMANS FOUNDERS COUNCIL is compose of Elder Brothers and sisters , A senior survived officer’s since the SIGMA CHI EPSILON was founded on October 14, 1975 by the late brother Florencio Maputol and Alan Espina, while the adviser brother Benito Basanez was inactive officer since then. The SIGMANS FOUNDER COUNCIL/ Board of Elders Council Chapter are the sole council who decide and give the authority and permission to every chapter to conduct INITIATIONS rite, Rituals and other activities related to SIGMANS matter. Any chapter are required to submit the names of the neophytes and date of Initiation for approval. No Initiation be made without consent from the SIGMANS FOUNDERS COUNCIL. The SFC are composed of the Following position or rank;
1. National Founding Chairman / CEO
2. Board of directors or Incorporators,
3. National President
4. Vice President for External and Internal affairs
5. Secretary General
6. National Treasurer and National Deputy Treasurer
7. National Auditor and National Deputy Auditor
8. National Protocol officers and National Deputy NPO
9. National Marshall officer and National Deputy Marshall Officer
10. Grand Supreme Adviser it’s either Male or Female
11. Grand Supreme Chaplain it’s either Male or female
12. National Masters in Command.
